Last updated: April 2026

This Cookie Policy explains what cookies are, how Genfire ("we", "us", or "our") uses them, and your choices regarding their use. This policy should be read alongside our Privacy Policy.

What are Cookies?

Cookies are small text files stored on your device when you visit a website. They are widely used to make websites work efficiently and to provide information to website owners.

Third-Party Services

  • Vercel Analytics: A privacy-friendly, cookie-free service that measures site performance. No personal data is collected and no cookies are set.
  • Stripe: Our payment processor may set essential cookies during checkout to prevent fraud and process transactions securely.
  • Firebase: Used for authentication. Session cookies are set to maintain your login state.

Your Choices

When you first visit Genfire, a consent banner lets you choose which cookie categories to accept. You can change your preferences at any time by clicking the button below.

Our own analytics always run. The first-party cookies above (gf_aid, gf_sid, gf_ft, gf_lt) measure how our own product is used, so that we can run, support and improve your account. They are not covered by the Analytics toggle and stay active either way; the data stays with us and is never sold or shared. Third-party analytics and advertising cookies — Google Analytics and the ad platforms — are different: they stay off until you explicitly accept them, and the Analytics toggle controls those.

You can also instruct your browser to refuse all cookies or to indicate when a cookie is being sent. However, some features of the Service may not function properly without essential cookies.
